I snagged a deal on a mixer today!!! I'd been wanting a 2nd mixer for a little while now to make things a bit smoother when doing multiple cakes.
No more rushing to wash the bowl and be**er to get a 2nd cake in the oven 15 or more minutes after the first. Same time now.
And you know Mack always finds the best price on his gear! Mixer one I bought about 7 years ago for $20 at a church rummage sale. Mixer two I bought today through facebook marketplace for $80.
Mixer 1 is a 2005 and mixer 2 is a 1995. The 95' runs quieter and smoother than the 05'. Both will probably last at least another decade.
