That glossy ganache...the flavor composition of this cheesecake is one of my favorites. I love coffee infused cold desserts and the subtle hints of throughout adds to the creaminess. I went with something different and used stropwaffels as my cookie base which caused the caramel to melt out of the cookie. That just enhanced all the flavors; chocolate, coffee, and caramel. I have plenty of other flavor compositions so keep tuned for my next market appearance.

What's your favorite part when choosing a brownie slice?
I prefer center pieces where it's soft and chewy all around. Pictured here is my Unicorn blondie which had gooey marshmallow pieces and colorful sprinkles all throughout.

You ever had something that just tasted like Spring lol? This is what comes to mind when I think of this homemade curd. It is so fresh and 🍋 that it belongs in a field of spring wildflowers. Extra kicker is the infusion of lemon vodka that just helped make this so creamy!

"Can't stop, won't stop; bad boy for life", Allright I'm done showing my age lol. But on a serious note in terms of growth I am proud to say I am participating in another event. I was given an opportunity by to participate in their mini market this Saturday! Hopefully this is just the first from many more to come. I can't wait to participate, network and continue to grow.
