⭐️⭐️FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ⭐️⭐️

➡️Q: HOW DO I ORDER?
A: Cookies drop every Thursday evening on the website - with pickups beginning at 3PM the next day – Friday. They are FCFS and once they are sold out, they are done for the weekend. I try to do anywhere from 4-6 flavors and rotate some main menu cookies with some seasonal. Be sure to sign up for text alerts so you don't miss out! If you don't see it on the website, it has sold out!

You can text JOIN to 833-212-8062 and opt in to receive notifications for cookie releases, flash sales, etc. via text before I post on Facebook!

➡️Q: What payments do you take?
A: Everything is done through my website which is run through square. You can use any visa, Mastercard, AmEx, & discover card or Cash App.

➡️Q: Do you deliver?
A: Not yet. I have delivered on post previously for a small fee and am looking into getting this set up here at Fort Knox. For now, I will be at Caruso Sports Park between 3-4PM for pickups on the Fridays we have cookie drops.

➡️Q: What if I miss the pickup window?
A: I try to accommodate everyone and be understanding of various situations, but I also have my own family to get home to. I do keep pickup times firm. If you miss the pickup window, you are always welcome to come to my home to pick up located off post in Vine Grove.

❗❗ GOOD NEWS! The wait is over! 🥹 The first cookie drop will be happening this week. I will have a FAQ post following this shortly so that everything is clear about how ordering and pickups happen! I am super excited that we can get going.

I will be posting available cookies/flavors Thursday evening on my website. I will also make a post on Facebook once everything is up and released. Then orders are open and you can shop for what you are interested in. Pickups will be the following day, Friday 6/23 location will be provided.

I highly recommend signing up for text alerts, that way if you miss the Facebook post, you still get notified! If you don't see a cookie on the website, that means it sold out 😢 And once its gone, I wont be restocking until next week.
