"We're moving!" A phrase the military community knows all too well.

For some it's a welcome adventure, for others it means lots of work and ANOTHER round of "see ya laters." I'm generally in the latter camp.

BUT this time is different. Thanks to Carla Bennett, Central Texas Realtor, THIS move is into a home that belongs to us. THIS home is where we get to start planting roots and investing in our community. I am so excited.

I am so glad to be one of the 10 bakers here in TX. I'm most grateful that I had the ability to take a breif time out as my family dealt with a pretty big life event. Looking forward to relaunching soon. In the meantime check out the back story behind KookieNow.

Feeling Fallish!! This is my Faaaaavorite season. I love the change of weather and colors (even if Texas doesn't feel like cooperating every year).

It's National Sons Day. Here's to the little dude who got me the the title of "Mama." He really is a little ball of energy and enthusiasm. He's so funny, so smart, and the best big brother in the game. Love this little man a million billion.
