This weekend alone, I made NINE cakes… and that’s not even counting all the Matilda cakes! 😅

To say I’m tired would be an understatement. My mixer is tired, my feet are tired, and I’m pretty sure I’m running on buttercream and caffeine at this point. 😂

If you knocked on my door and ended up seeing me looking homeless NO YOU DIDN’T 🫣

But more than anything, I’m incredibly grateful. Every order, every share, every recommendation, and every customer who trusts me to be part of their special moments means so much to me.

Tomorrow at 6:00 PM, Matilda Cake Slice pre-orders will officially close!

I’m only making enough cakes to cover pre-orders, so once ordering closes, that’s it. This cake uses a premium cocoa powder that I have to order specifically for these cakes, so I need an accurate count before baking begins.

I’m opening pre-orders for my famous Matilda Cake slices for pickup this Sunday!

✨ I will be posting this daily through Friday to make sure everyone has a chance to see it and place an order!

📅 Pre-orders close Friday at 6:00 PM OR when all available slices are spoken for.

📍 Pickup: Sunday between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

GUYSSSS! Why did it take me ages to try Mountain Rise Coffee Co. ?!?! 😭

I feel like I’ve been going non stop but I finally had the chance to order this morning and I did not regret it!

🍌I got the banana crumble with cinnamon cold foam, no words just amazing. Cinnamon & banana? I’m in!

🥜 I got my husband the peanut brittle with salted caramel cold foam. He wanted to save it for after the gym but he forgot so I just drank that one too because why not? You snooze you lose! 😜 You could not even tell this coffee was sitting in the fridge for about 5 hours. It was as if I just picked it up. Sweet and salty and everything you love about an iced latte.

Anyways! Chefs kiss to our girl over at Mountain Rise Coffee Co. She knows what she’s doing!
Go order a coffee, or two (ya know for later 😉)

I think I might try the matcha next! 🍵
