Oh hai there! I'm back to a regular baking schedule, now, thanks for hanging in there with me while I got through the grape harvest at Soldier Creek Winery.

This week you'll find: Croissant loaves (flavors TBD 😉), Mini Square Loaves, Round Loaves (white and wheat), Bagels, and Long Square Loaves.

Whew! It’s been a busy time in my full time job (grape harvest started at Soldier Creek Winery) but I have some cool updates:

1) you can find my bread, mini loaves, and bagels at communityorchard_fd now!
2) I took a trip to Panora today to get locally grown and milled flour— which means my standard sandwich loaves will have 97% of its ingredients from Iowa (I can’t find a local source of Olive Oil and Salt yet 😆)

Even though it’s busy at the w**ery, I’m still getting loaves and bagels to Stella’s Coffee Bar, Bloomers On Central Coffee Shoppe, Community Orchard, and Soldier Creek Winery.
