had a fantastic holiday, thank you for asking! She’s back and better than ever after her ((much needed)) break. She got some sun, rested, ate nutrient dense foods, caught up on her pile, and even met some wildlife on holiday 🦝

Available at Stella’s Coffee Bar and Soldier Creek Winery !

Why "Gluten-Sensitive"? These scones are made with King Arthur Gluten Free 1:1 Flour but the Brot Bäckerei facility creates many other products using gluten, so there could be cross-contamination. Omitting the oven, the tools and equipment used to create these scones had been fully heat sanitized prior to use. We hope our gluten intolerant friends enjoy this special treat!

BROTilda is on holiday! She submitted her time off request this week without any notice and nobody was more surprised than I was! I think between the weather mood swings and all the work she did last week, she needed a little reset. So, for the month of February she will be getting just that: time to rest, extra nutrition, and time in her dry sauna.
