We take no shortcuts in our bread, our sourdough is naturally leavened and contains no additional dyes, preservatives, flavors, or chemicals. Each loaf is handmade and mixed and takes 24-36 hours of fermentation before baking which gives our bread its delicious, tangy flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture!
