Today’s order was a Swedish Princess Cake (Prinsesstårta)! 🇸🇪👑🎂

This traditional Swedish cake was definitely a learning experience and something completely different from what I normally create but I absolutely loved making it!

A Swedish Princess Cake is known for its beautiful dome shape and layers of light sponge cake, raspberry jam, pastry cream, and whipped cream, all covered in a smooth layer of marzipan and traditionally finished with a little marzipan rose. 🌹

This one pushed me outside of my comfort zone in the best way! I’m always learning, growing, and challenging myself to try something new and I’m so proud of how this one turned out for a first time! 💕🎂

Another new bake checked off the list! ✨

Things are FINALLY coming together, and I couldn’t be more excited! ✨ Back in December ’25-ish, I created these…but now I’ve FINALLY brought them back new & improved loyalty cards AND new updated business cards are officially here, and they are TOO FREAKING CUTE! Good morning, sweets! Happy Thursday! 🤍

A quick little update! Thank you all so much for being patient with me. Rebranding means… new menus yet again, lol! But with that comes new flavors, new treats, and some different products that I’m really excited about.

I’m almost finished and cannot wait to share everything with you all soon! Stay tuned! 😉
