Happy Saturday! It's a bittersweet day at Papa Brunk's Bakery. This is our last Saturday post. Thank you for the support for these last few years. The cards and well wishes have meant more than you know.

I can't say thank you enough to the family and friends who have been there for us from day one. What a journey this has been.

Thursday we are open 5:30 am to 12 pm.

We have Cinnamon Bread, Cinnamon Raisin bread, White bread, Triple Cheese, Bacon Cheddar and Italian. Papa also made Cinnamon rolls and Pecan Sticky buns.

We also have donuts and cannolis.

Thank you all for your kind words on the loss of Papa's brother. We will be open this week as we work our way through the rest of the supplies we have before Papa hangs up his apron!

We have some heartfelt news that we would like to share with you. After much reflection, and with full hearts, we wish to share that after 30 years in the food service industry, Papa has decided to retire!

For the past few years, this bakery has been more than just a business. Its been a dream brought to life, a place filled with laughter, hard work, early mornings, and sweet memories. We've been blessed by the support, and the community we've built together.

But as many of you know, dreams come with sacrifices. The biggest one has been time spent with our family. When your grandchildren ask "why don't we spend much time together anymore?" It really puts things into perspective. That question opened our eyes and our hearts. We realized it's time to make new memories, memories that aren't made at the bakery, but in the time we spend with those three little boys.

So with mixed emotions, we want to let you know that next week will be our final week of operating the bakery. We'll remain open until supplies run out or Saturday, October 4th.

Thank you for being part of this incredible chapter. We hope you'll stop by to wish Papa a happy retirement and to snag one last treat. We'll never forget the love and support you've shown us. From baby showers, birthdays, graduations, weddings and more, Papa has truly loved making your special moments a little sweeter.
