Croffle Pre-Orders Open Next Weekπ
Our Croffle Pop-Up Fundraiser opens next week! β¨
First things first, what is a croffle? It's a waffle made from croissant dough. Flaky, buttery, golden, and absolutely deliciousπ€€.
We will have THREE flavors for you to choose from and we cannot wait to see which one becomes your favorite.
Here's the exciting part... croffles will actually be joining the menu at our new location, so think of this pop-up as your very first taste of what's coming.
AND every single order goes directly toward our kitchen equipment fund for the new space. You're not just treating yourself, you're helping us build something.π
Pre-orders open Monday and pickup will be Saturday only β so mark your calendars and be ready. Stay tuned for next week's email! πβ¨

BAKING TIP OF THE WEEK:
Measuring Sticky Ingredients
Measuring sticky ingredients like honey, molasses, or maple syrup doesn't have to be a mess.
Here's the trick: before you measure, spray your measuring cup or spoon lightly with cooking spray. That's it.
Your honey or molasses will slide right out cleanly instead of clinging to the sides and leaving half of it behind in the cup. No scraping, no waste, no sticky fingers.π
And since you're getting the full amount the recipe calls for instead of whatever survives the pour, your bake will be more accurate too. Two problems solved with one little spritz. πβ¨
But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
