We are now Everwell Integtrative Wellness!

Every big idea starts small.

Amore Vita Wellness and Nutrition was built on the belief that wellness should be thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in support.

Now that vision is expanding through Everwell Integrative Wellness— a shared wellness space where nutrition, women’s health, esthetics, massage, integrative care, naturopathy, and mental wellness come together.

The foundations of Amore Vita remain at the heart of this work, now within a larger collaborative space designed to support whole-person, root cause wellness.

This week, I encourage you to try something new. Take the leap. Step outside your comfort zone. Say yes to the opportunity you’ve been talking yourself out of.

You never know what you’re capable of until you spread your wings (or your cape 😉).

Not sure what you’re walking through today? Where you might be headed?

Me neither, my friend. But I know a God who does.

We’ve been slowly building and understanding more about direction, self-care, and intention this summer.

And learning that walking with the Lord isn’t always a straight path or what I had pictured.

My prayer for myself and for you is to lean in more to Him. It is He who holds the direction, the future, and you in His hands.

Praying health and wellness for each of you and sending you love in whatever season you are walking through.

Checking websites and realized my “make an appointment” button is kaput, nil, doesn’t work—

Just assuming you don’t need me over here.

Starting and owning a business and wearing the many hats that come along with it often means making some mistakes and learning along the way.

I am working to streamline things for all the services that are offered at Everwell/Amore Vita to make booking easier.

Made homemade biscuits today… and forgot the salt. 🤦🏼‍♀️

They looked perfect.
They smelled amazing.
But one small ingredient changed the whole experience.

Life can be like that too.

We often focus on the big things—major goals, big changes, perfect plans—while overlooking the small habits that quietly shape how we feel every day.

A little more water.
A daily walk.
A balanced meal.
A few moments to slow down.
A little grace for yourself.

Small things matter.

Thankfully, biscuits can be fixed with a little butter and jam. ❤️ And our wellness journey doesn’t require perfection either—just small, intentional steps that add up over time.

Here’s to embracing the imperfect moments… and remembering that every day is another opportunity to nourish ourselves well.
