Baking with Joy I am a very simple wife and mother of 4 amazing kids who inspire me to do what I love to do... Bake... I bake for the Joy of it.

I bake because that is where I feel the most creative. I bake to hear my kids say WOW Its Beautiful!!... Listening to my babies inspires me to keep baking. Providing desserts for my family at gatherings and listening to them say "WOW this is so good!" It inspires me to keep baking. I love to Challenge my creativity when it comes to my baking. I never know how a cake will look at the end until it is done.
