This humble bakery is run by a husband-wife duo who achieve maximum creativity as the night wanes, hence the name. Out of the oven emerge delicious cakes ranging from specialty, tiered, theme cakes to classic sheet cakes and cupcakes to trendy cake pops. We can attune our approach to any colors or design, flavors and themes. We specialize in using home-made fondant, modeling chocolate, and gum paste to bring our designs to our customers - perfect for any size group, gathering or celebration.

Did something completely different this weekend. We hosted our first wedding reception! It was a blast and we hope to be able to put on more private events at our Hillside Haven.

Slab cake was 4 different flavors: Chocolate cake with whipped ganache , vanilla bean cake with homemade peach jam filling, lemon cake with homemade blueberry jam and a cheesecake mousse, and lastly, almond poppyseed cake with cream cheese mousse.

The bride and groom cake was also almond poppyseed, but with a homemade raspberry jam filling, adorned with chocolate decorations.

The entire slab cake was consumed. 😳😆 It was a new experience to get to make the cake, serve the cake, and be there to receive the compliments first hand. My heart is full. 💕

Congratulations to the beautiful newlyweds!
