A few orders from the past couple weeks…

First cake was for a baby shower- cake is vanilla with buttercream icing 🎂🎃

Cupcakes - (there was 75 of them) vanilla flavor with vanilla buttercream icing and candy pumpkins on top 🧁🎃

Pound cake- vanilla flavor with drizzled vanilla icing (I took the pic before I iced it and forgot to retake) 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Strawberry cheesecake 🍓🍰

Smash cake - vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing and sprinkles..colored for a Mickey Mouse themed party …there were also a dozen cupcakes that went out with this order but again I forgot to get a pic 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Yesterday was my daughters best friend (who is pretty much one of my own) wedding. Kara asked me back when she got engaged if I would make her wedding cake, and of course I agreed. I think this is one of the prettiest cakes I’ve made.

Cake is strawberry with vanilla buttercream icing
Cupcakes are a mixture of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate.
Topper and flowers provided by the bride 👰‍♂️

This weekends sweets:

Mermaid cake - Blueberry with vanilla buttercream icing
Cupcakes - strawberry and vanilla with buttercream icing. All for the sweetest little 4yro, (Toppers were provided by customer.)🎂🧁🧜‍♀️

Cheesecake is peanut butter with a chocolate cookie crust, topped with chocolate ganache, peanut butter buttercream, and everything Reese. 🍫🍫🍰

Just a few things I’ve made over the past several months….
- Key lime cupcakes with a citrus cream cheese icing
- Rainbow smash cake-vanilla with buttercream icing(also made 2 dozen cupcakes with it but forgot to get a pic)
- Birthday cake for my favorite boy- vanilla cake with buttercream icing
- Banana pound cake with a maple flavored glaze and topped with chopped pecans.
- Strawberry cheesecake with fresh strawberry topping and a strawberry glaze

**Just a little disclaimer here: guys I work a full time/40hr a week job, I have a family to take care of, & try to find time to take care of myself…baking is something I love and enjoy but it is a hobby, not my career. If I agree to make something you have asked for and am kind enough to
1- not charge a non-refundable deposit as many bakers do, or even a deposit at all (which will now be required on future orders) 2- am up front with you about the price (that includes delivery and set up if you asked for it) 3- am up front with you if I think it’s something I can not do. I will not lie and say I can make something that’s beyond my skill level.…….

Then PLEASE know that I have taken time out of my life to do this for you. Most of my orders are done late on week nights after I’ve worked all day. I DO TRY to give you the absolute lowest price I can. I do not profit as much as you may think off what I make. Specialty orders require more ingredients and more time to make therefore will cost more. My time is just as important as yours, so if you need to cancel please don’t wait until last minute to do so. I purchase the supplies I know I will need for you order early so I am prepared. Rest assured two weeks before your order is due, I’ve already bought what is needed. I don’t bake quite as much as I used to but am still happy to assist you with your sweet needs and if I can’t I promise I will refer you to another amazing baker. Also…bakers talk so if you bail out on one the others will know and they may not be willing to take a chance on you and your order….hope you all have a safe Labor Day weekend 😃

Happy Easter ✝️

The only baking done this holiday was for family gatherings 💕🐰

1st- Salted Caramel Cheesecake - Carmel cheesecake topped with salted caramel and crushed Heath Bar on top🍮

2nd- Homemade Strawberry Bread - my daughter had to work today so I made this for her and her crew to enjoy 👮🚔🍓🍞

3rd- Lemon cupcakes with lemon buttercream 😋🍋

#7—I also made a Sundrop pound cake that I completely forgot to get a picture of 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

This isn’t a lot for the past two weeks but that’s ok because I’ve decided I’m not going to be doing as much baking as I have in the past. I’m not giving it up completely, but I am learning to say “no”. I’ve overwhelmed myself more times that I can count and have decided I’m not going to be doing that to me any more 🤣. So if you don’t see me posting much this is why💕.

I am officially finished with my holiday baking 🙌🏻. These are all for family🎄
I normally make the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cheesecakes but my family requested a cake instead.

Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake - 2 layers white cake, I made my version of the the cream that’s in the Little Debbie’s and put in between the cake layers (like the cookie) with vanilla buttercream icing.

Scratch made cinnamon rolls

Chocolate Chip Pound cake with a milk chocolate icing drizzled over it.
