hello friends! a little life update!
i know we have been somewhat MIA in our messaging this week but i am working on getting caught up now!
this past weekend our little Soy Boy got out friday night during the storms and we couldn’t find him to get him back in. the next morning we got a call from his chip that he had been taken to the pensacola emergency vet, my husband went to pick him up immediately only to learn that he had been hit by a car and suffered severe fractures and injuries to his face. we are so so lucky that the person that hit him stopped and went an hour out of their way to take him in. sunday we had to take him from pensacola to baton rouge LSU vet hospital for dental surgery.
we are back home now and Soy is doing great but the road to recovery is going to be rough. he currently has his mouth wired shut and has to be fed through a feeding tube for the next 6 weeks!
ALL THIS TO SAY! we will be open normal hours this week! please be patient with us, we are tired but we would love hugs and smiles from friendly faces!
