Make some sourdough bread with me!! Start of an experiment.. aliquot vs time and temp method. Here- aliquot says I’m ready 30 min before time and temp method says ready. Let’s see how she does!

Ready to bake 2 loaves. Mixed these yesterday and cold proofed overnight in the fridge. Love the rise on the loaf with the one large score. I don’t preheat my bread pans. Found it made no difference in baking or temp of my dough. Oven at 450 x 35 min with lid on- temp down to 425 x 15 min.

Feed my starter with me! I want to mix and bake tomorrow! Learn about timing and combination ratios. I use all-purpose flour to feed and bread flour to bake.
