After way too many years and zucchini I finally got a spiralizer! It did an amazing job with the zucchini that are ready to pick! To cook up I just added to boiling water for 8 minutes, drained then added Italian seasoning, a little olive oil, a bit of Italian dressing & fresh tomato cubed up! Like pasta salad with zucchini!
