Head Baker needed for new bakery in Flower Mound.

Looking for a Head Baker with experience opening and assigning duties. Someone that is detail oriented, a team player, and has flexibility to work around Customer demand.

Responsibilities include but not limited to are opening bakery, keeping track of inventory, and ensuring quality is maintained for all products.

Bakery will be offering a wide variety of baked goods: Cheesecakes, pies, cookies, cupcakes, cakes, and more.

Need someone with excellent cake decorating skills for cakes and wedding cakes.

Must have at least one year baker/cake decorating experience.
