My brother Josh graduated high school! 👨🏻‍🎓

In fall he’ll be off to LeTourneau but before then we had to celebrate! He loves banana and graham cracker crust.

For his grad party I made Banana Cream Cupcakes and a Cookie Cake for the first time. For our family celebration after his official ceremony we had a Banana Cream Pie with graham cracker crust, of course! Safe to say he loved them 💙

Last week of our Sandwich Cookies! Excited to roll out our May cookie but still cranking these out at Blue Coffee House for a few more days! My dad will be bummed when this go. This year I added raisins too. Are you pro or con raisins in carrot cake?
