ArmadilloCon fast approaches! For my convention cookie fans, you have until the end of Sunday the 6th to get those cookie orders in!

Also, our test kitchen has been playing around these past few weeks after an off-menu request. Whatever could it be we are baking?

For my ArmadilloCon people, you have until the end of Sunday (September 6) to get your cookie orders in for the convention!

All the tasty cookies can be yours…like our Coffee & Chocolate Chip Shortbreads! Or our Mocha Dream Chunks! Both excellent choices for our coffee lovers.

ArmadilloCon Convention continues its swift approach, so make sure you get those cookie orders in!

For your temptation, consider the new Lemon Kisses, Hershey’s kisses wrapped in a sweet lemony cookie and topped with a drizzle of chocolate!

We said we had news today, so here we go! For those who haven’t poked at me early, Haiku Bakery is officially open for ArmadilloCon Convention pre-orders! We have a few in already from our early birds, but consider this your official invitation to get yourself into the baking queue and stay sugared up the entire convention weekend!

We have a couple of announcements, but let’s split them across two posts.

So first off, it’s time for our new seasonal cookie specials! Yaaaaay!!

In addition to our usual grab bag of cookie deliciousness, we return to our menu the classic coffee and chocolate laden Mocha Dream Chunks and our strawberry-tastic Strawberries & Cream Shortbreads! We’ll also be keeping our newest cookie flavor, the Lemon Kisses, on the menu for one lore cycle (because they are that yummy!).

Looking forward to filling all your sweet, cookie dreams!

Anyone else feeling chocolate chip-py today? 😂

I hope everyone is ready for our latest seasonal specials because they are now live on the menu!

First, we’ll be introducing our newest cookie flavor, Lemon Kisses! An intensely lemony cookie wrapped around a Hershey’s kiss and drizzled in chocolate!

As for our second, we’re bringing back a summer favorite, the Ginger S’mores! Dark chocolate-studded Ginger Smooshes wrapped around sweet toasted marshmallow for a new take on a classic campfire treat!

We’re looking forward to bringing you some summer joy with our specials, whether you’re lounging poolside with family, getting ready to grill, or just looking for a treat as you binge your favorite shows!

Let the summer fun begin!

The Haiku Bakery test kitchen has been working hard this past week, and we think we’ve found a great new cookie flavor to join our next seasonal line-up!

We’ll see what my taste testers think…but in the meantime, here’s a picture to tease you all!
