I hope everyone is ready for our latest seasonal specials because they are now live on the menu!

First, we’ll be introducing our newest cookie flavor, Lemon Kisses! An intensely lemony cookie wrapped around a Hershey’s kiss and drizzled in chocolate!

As for our second, we’re bringing back a summer favorite, the Ginger S’mores! Dark chocolate-studded Ginger Smooshes wrapped around sweet toasted marshmallow for a new take on a classic campfire treat!

We’re looking forward to bringing you some summer joy with our specials, whether you’re lounging poolside with family, getting ready to grill, or just looking for a treat as you binge your favorite shows!

The Haiku Bakery test kitchen has been working hard this past week, and we think we’ve found a great new cookie flavor to join our next seasonal line-up!

We’ll see what my taste testers think…but in the meantime, here’s a picture to tease you all!

It has been a long month here at the Haiku Bakery household, but despite my silence here on social media, I am still baking away!

Sending all the hugs and love to my Comicpalooza cookie fans who I am not getting to see this weekend (and deliver sweet, sweet cookie goodness to!).

Life should return to normal after next month (fingers crossed!), and then I can start reminding myself how to social media better again!

In the meantime, local peeps, the cookies are still rolling over here! In fact, one of my favorite regulars is coming by today to pick up her monthly order before our seasonal specials switch over again!

One of my favorite customers had to cancel an order at the last minute due to unfortunate life circumstances…but the cookies are already bagged and ready to go!

That means I have a delicious bag of strawberries & cream shortbreads looking for somebody craving these sweet, sweet treats!

Normally $20, but I’ll send them home with the first taker for $15…so who is in the Flower Mound area and wants to go home with a sweet reward for all their hard work this week?
