2025 was a great year for Sweet E’s. 🤍

I did things I didn’t think I would do, I traveled countless miles to take cakes places, Ive tested myself to the limit with how much I can bake in a week or weekend 🙃 Every cake, every order, every interaction with a customer has brought such joy to my life.

This business has taken many big steps this last year. Speading sweets out all across Many. Stocking The Blonde Barista has been a huge blessing to me & I am so grateful. I cant wait to take it to Stonewall with them 🫶🏼

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you… to every single one of you. You all keep me going. I love y’all dearly. 🥹

I have worked hard on trying to make the price reasonable and also where you can get the most bang for your buck! Not only do you get the fun experience, you get to take home your decorated cake, personalized Sweet E’s apron, tools to use, & learned knowledge on how to do it!

I’ll take 12 spots per class. With enough interest- I will open another class day and time if I need to! I want to guarantee that everyone has a chance to get to attend and participate!

It’s been a while! 🥰

Things have been busy & I love it! I love seeing my business continue to grow! I’ve held off on doing this for a while but I’ve just come to the point now where I have to raise my prices. It isn’t a huge amount but I’ve got to do it to ensure that my business stays flowing. Groceries are high- everything is actually, I know. It isn’t my favorite thing to do but it’s a must. I will never “overcharge” just to do it. But I know what my talent, time, and ability is worth. I’m working hard to ensure quality work still in a decent price range for everyone!
I want to thank you to everyone who continues to support me! I wouldn’t be where I am without YOU! My updated menu & price list will be posted this week!

🌟🌟🌟 ALSO I have something SO FUN planned in December. This has been in the works for more than a year. I can’t wait to share.!!!!!!! 🥹 Any guesses?!?

Business has been rolling non stop the last few months. I know I haven’t posted much on here but I’ve been so busy I’ve barely had the time to! I just wanted to do a small update.

Not only am I basically baking full time(24-7 / 12 hours in a day / All Hours of the Night LOL) … Im still at The Fitting Room Boutique and now at Dixie Stems also! I keep sweets stocked at The Blonde Barista, 626 LunchBox, Dixie Stems, and of course still here at TFR!

I’ve had so many people from all over reach out to me. I make my Natchitoches runs quite frequent now and every place in between. Wedding season has kicked off and I’ll be booked every weekend until mid October 🎂

I am in no way, shape, or form boasting… I’m just overly thankful. I say this often but little Emalee would have never thought that she would have come this far. I’ve got a huge sensitive heart (LOL) so I cry often when I think about how this little gig has taken over my life. The overwhelming support from everyone, every business, every thing… truly just gets me.

Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for keeping me and my business going.

Thank you Jesus for this life… I am so blessed. 🤍
