🥐 Cinnaday is a special day I host, where you can order ANY quantity of cinnamon rolls without my usual minimum order of 6.

Whether you’re treating yourself, sharing with family, or simply answering the call of Gooey cinnamon roll with delicious frosting, I’ve got you covered! (If you are like me and prefer not to have frosting, let me know when placing your order and I will make sure to leave yours (and mine) with no frosting!

Many of you know that whenever we can, my husband and I along with my in-laws, head to Trivia Night at The Irish Cowboy, hosted by the amazing Tony and Becky.

We always have a blast testing our knowledge, laughing at the questions we should know, and learning something new!

That inspired me to start something fun here at Gilat’s Little Bakery. 💕

Each Thursday, I’ll post a trivia question inspired by this month’s Cake of the Month:
