Just learning as I bake.. Page is a work in progress Not big on conversation but I love to put my all into what I do.

Took my first real step into the kitchen at 9 with my mother, and haven't left since. I am completely self-taught and will forever love a challenge. I would like to start expanding my client base to more people and start making a name for myself.

THIS is the one. I was given a good amount of creative freedom to get the idea this beautiful bride-to-be wanted for her big day.
There was a lot of improv with this one but I could not be happier with the outcome.
For my first realistic cake, and second wedding cake, we have a vanilla cake w/ a lemon curd filling, covered in Italian meringue buttercream
The entire cake is edible minus a few wires holding the succulents together.

I don't have Katie on Facebook but I want to give a big congratulations to her and her husband after today and thank them for trusting me to make this beautiful cake for them.

It's been so long since I have posted on here but life has been BUSY. I won't have time to do much baking this year but I DID get asked to make a dog-friendly cake by one of our lovely clients at Pawsitively Purfect and I was so excited for this one!
Cini has some food allergies so I went rogue and came up with a recipe to work around them. Happy Birthday Cini!
Potato frosting w/ beet juice for color
Yogurt, peanut butter, and watermelon cake w/ a layer of strawberries in the middle
Yogurt drip w raspberries on top
