I made a strawberry cheesecake yesterday and like magic...it disappeared..at least I got a piece of that one!! Delicious if I do say so myself!

Tonight we did the cheesecake raffle tickets benefit the children's Leukemia foundation..the first place winner of a 10" cheesecake was Chris Cossetti,second place winner of an 8" cheesecake was Wallace Hemingway & the third place winner of 2-4" cheesecakes was Adam Lane.
