We’ve got some new additions to our signature sandwiches! Staying with our local theme, introducing The Glenada, The Umpqua, and The Siltcoos! Getting closer to finalizing our menu, a few more to come. Our 1847 Oregon Trail Sourdough is getting great reviews, its available only on Tuesdays. Pizza continues to exceed expectations, amd we hired a cookie maker to keep the gingersnaps and chocolate chip cookies coming out of the ovens. Come see us Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-2pm at 375 Laurel Street in Florence Oregon.

We have the BEST customers! I want to give a HUGE public thank you to Helen! If youve been in our store, youve seen the amazing flowers on the counter. All of them grown and arranged by her and brought in every week to be enjoyed by so many. Thank you Helen!! They are the most beautiful and fragrant blooms Ive ever seen. I cant believe that they each have a unique smell, its incredible. 🌹❤️

Every Tuesday we have our 1847 Oregon Trail Sourdough Available! Using 179 year old starter, and organic spelt and einkorn flour this loaf has a higher hydration and is more sour than our regular sourdough with a crunchier crust. Come in and give it a try! We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm. Our 5 varieties of our regular sourdough are available Wed-Sat. 1847 is just on Tuesday while it lasts.

Thrilled to have Novelli's Crab & Seafood back at it making the best chowder on the coast! There wouldnt be a Florence Bread Company without that chowder!! Sourdough Bread Bowls and Italian Hoagie Rolls heading to the docks every day they are open!!! Gonna get some chowder for myself today!! We are open 10-6 Tuesday through Saturday.

We’ve added our second Signature Sandwich this week! The Mapleton- Capicola, Smoked Provolone, Roasted Red Peppers, and Arugula with a Balsamic Glaze. Its the same size as the Florence, big enough for two!! We are adding new sandwiches and pizzas daily. Come by for a slice at 375 Laurel St in Florence. Now open from 10a-6p Wed-Sat.

New Hours!! 10am-6pm Wed-Sat!! Come get our 1st Signature Sandwich for Lunch or Dinner, big enough to do both! The Florence Sandwich, born in Florence Italy is now available in Florence Oregon. Imported Mortadella, Stracciatella Cheese, and Pistachio Cream on Housemade Schiacciata Bread. We have several classic sandwiches, along with Pizza By The Slice. Rhody Week has arrived, and Ive met my schedule, sort of. We are now serving Authentic Italian Sandwiches and Pizza by the Slice. We will build on the menu as we go, and we are stumbling on our first day, but its all good as we learn. We still have plenty of Sourdough, Rye, French and Italian bread, and we’ve added some chocholaten chip cookies that match the addictiveness of our ginger snaps. Come by and see how we’re growing!!
