To all of my wonderful customers, old and new, I thank you for your business and your support.

Due to a back injury, I will have to take some time off to focus on treatment and the healing process. It is too early to determine if or when I will reopen.

All booked orders will be honored and completed, but no new orders will be taken.

Please support another local home baker or locally owned small
bakery. We have so many great choices and I know they will all
take care of you!

Back by popular demand….KING CAKES for the 2025 Carnival/MardiGras season will be by pre-order only.

I will only be offering one size this year and they will be either traditional (no filling) for $40 or filled (praline crunch) (cream cheese) or (combination of both) for $50.

Delivery outside of the Flora, MS area can be arranged and I can ship traditional and praline only filled cakes. There is an additional charge for delivery and shipping. Please inquire with your order.

Orders can be placed by sending an email to [email protected] and should be placed no later than a week before your preferred pick up date.

Please include the following in your email:

1. Your first and last name
2. Your telephone number
3. Traditional or Filled (specify filling)
4. Number of cakes you are ordering
5. Date requested for pick up/delivery.
6. Delivery address, if you are not picking up in Flora, MS. ALL DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF FLORA, MS WILL HAVE A MILEAGE BASED DELIVERY CHARGE.
7. If you are ordering a cake to be shipped, please note this. I will email you the estimated delivery charge from the USPS.

You will receive an email with payment instructions once your order is received. Orders will not be confirmed or booked until payment is received. You will receive confirmation of payment and booking as well as pick up/delivery instructions upon receipt of your payment.

~BOOKING INFORMATION ~

WEDDING CAKES:
To ensure quality and attention to detail, I do not double book weddings. I do not accept any other orders during the week preceding the wedding date or the day following the event, allowing me time to inventory, restock, and reset my supplies.

BIRTHDAY/CELEBRATION CAKES:
I can typically accommodate two birthday/celebration cakes per weekend. Not overbooking allows me to provide you with the freshest custom cake, made to your specifications, delivered as close to your party time as possible.

PRIVATE EVENTS:
Private events include cupcake/cake decorating classes, community outreach (career day/LEO appreciation/etc.), baking classes, demonstrations, in-home cooking events. These dates are booked on a first come first serve basis and I only book one event per day.

BOOKING, DEPOSITS, & BALANCES:
Wedding booking require a signed contract, and a 50% non-refundable deposit of the quote total to hold the date. Final balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. All wedding cake prices include delivery to venue. I do not offer an option for customer pick up of wedding cakes.

Celebration/Birthday Cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost once confirmation of design and flavor is agreed upon. Final balance is due 24 hours prior to delivery/pick up.

No cakes will be delivered/released for pick up without receipt of full payment.

Honored to have been chosen to bake for the Hancock-Browning Wedding. Best wishes to the happy couple, Bridget Hancock and Harrison S. Browning for a life of love, happiness, and many more memories together!

Bride’s Cake: 12” four layer and 9” three layer tiered. Traditional vanilla-almond cake with vanilla buttercream filling and icing.

Groom’s Cake: 14” double layer dutch chocolate and espresso cake with peanut butter buttercream filling and whipped chocolate ganache buttercream icing, accented with double chocolate dipped strawberries.
