I’ve been a little quiet lately.
Not because there’s nothing to share, but because we’ve been busy enjoying the life God’s given us. Life lately has looked a little less like posting and a little more like living. 🤍

More time outside. More unfinished house projects. More flour on the counters. More baby snuggles.
We’ve been soaking up the little moments and embracing the simplicity of slowing down for a bit.

I’m excited to get back in the kitchen and bake for you all next week, but until then you’ll find me over here tending to babies and sourdough starter, with a cup of coffee never too far away. 😆🫶🏻

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about provision and how something as simple as bread can still be a way to care for people. In the middle of a busy week dough rising on the counter, kids running through the kitchen, life feeling full in every direction I keep coming back to, there is enough for today… enough grace, enough strength, enough provision for right now. Thank you Jesus 🤍

This is just a small way for me to share that with someone this week. I’m praying it meets the right person at the right time🤍

A little bakery update from our family 🤍

With summer here, my babies growing up way too fast, and pregnancy exhaustion hitting me hard lately, I’ve decided to slow things down a little bit. Going forward we’ll be dropping down to only 2 bread drops a month.

This bakery has been such a blessing to our family, but I also know these seasons with my kiddos are ones I’ll never get back. Right now, this feels like the best balance for all of us 🤍 Thank you guys for always supporting me through every season, whether that’s busy baking days or slower ones like this.

Another big change is that we will no longer have F&D pickup 😢 Since my husband isn’t doing the milk route in Virginia anymore, he won’t be traveling up that way.

BUT if there are any local businesses in Hibbing that would be interested in becoming a pickup location for some sourdough goodies, please reach out!! 🙌🏻 I would absolutely love to make something work locally.
