The Best Banana Bread Cookies (6 ingredients!)
My husband took one bite, and his eyes lit up! These soft, banana-packed cookies are just as cozy and delicious as banana bread—he couldn’t get enough! 🍌🍪💛
You will need:
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, sugar, and melted butter until smooth. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring until just combined. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, until golden on the edges.
