In the end, I broke a mixer, took 12 hours to finish, and made 288 cookies for the open house 💞

I picked up some free donut boxes from Walmart and Meijer to transport and serve in. Worked well. Walmart's boxes aren't brand marked so I might be picking up some from time to time now, lol

It held 4 dozen of my chocolate chip cookies and 5 dozen of the snickerdoodles. Size matters. 😉

Daughter's graduation cookies. Her favorite is Snickerdoodles. 5 dozen boxed. Rest on reserve.

Next on the baking schedule are the Chocolate Chip cookies.

Well since I got stood up again, I decided to make some
"Reverse No Bake Cookies"

Flourless, peanut butter oatmeal cookies with milk chocolate chips. They taste just like no bake cookies.

With the leftover triple chocolate chips, from Paityn and Sariah's birthday cake, now comes the newest cookie creation
"Triple Chocolate Chip"
A dark chocolate dough, with white, milk, and semi sweet chocolate chips. Maybe it should be a quadruplet chocolate cookie.

The kids love it.

Made a bunch of Chocolate Chip cookies for the holiday parties at school.

About all I could muster.

Made over 150. About half are left after the kids and their friends ate a bunch.

I forgot the chocolate chips in the batch, so the first ones are without, but have marshmallow fluff, chocolate ganache, and mallow bits.

The other batch just has added chocolate chips.

Last batch has the chocolate chips and the mallow bits mixed in. That was the original recipe. That seems to be the winner among the kids. Second place are the chocolate chip with toppings.

I haven't decided yet. I'm weighing the productivity of them.

It's that time of year!
Soon I will be testing out a "Hot Cocoa with Marshmallows" Cookie recipe and idea.

I have 2 versions I want to test out and see which is better.
I think the one I have in mind might work better with the freezing method I plan to go with, when I am heavy into baking.

Thoughts. . .should I go with mini white chocolate chips or not?
