❤️ A Personal Message to My Customers ❤️
This is something I never imagined I would have to write, but the people who have supported me and my baking deserve to hear it directly from me.
As of August 3, 2026, due to professional differences, I am no longer affiliated with Goodfellas or its bakery operations. I am no longer making, preparing, supplying, or responsible for the desserts being offered there.
I know many of you came to know and love certain desserts because you knew I was the person behind them. You trusted my work, my ingredients, my attention to detail, and the time and care I put into every cake, cheesecake, dessert, and baked good I made.
Because of that, I don't want there to be any confusion going forward.
Any desserts being sold at Goodfellas on or after August 3rd are not my desserts and were not made or supplied by me. I understand that desserts are now being obtained through a food-service supplier, but I want to be very clear that my name, my work, and my reputation should not be associated with those products.
This isn't the goodbye I wanted to write. Walking away from something I poured so much of myself into is incredibly difficult. But sometimes one chapter has to close before you can start writing the next one.
And let me tell you something...
