Sometimes life gets in the way and we have to roll with it! This was severely OVER PROOFED dough from last weekend. I made some soup bowls for dinner tonight and a few to freeze. Only thing I’ve noticed different is the rise…they taste AMAZING still!

Cutting open loaves of sourdough to see the beautiful inside will never get old! 😍 I hope my customers enjoy this part as much as I do! Some of the loaves going out are so beautiful on the outside, I want to sneak peak the inside 🤣 but I don’t of course!

Sometimes you forget to score! 🗡️
A little over a week ago, I had a family emergency 🏥 in the middle of my baking weekend. All the loaves made it in the fridge to cold proof but I didn’t end up baking them for another several days. In the frenzy, I forgot to score this one 🤦🏼‍♀️ it was so dense, a little more sour than usual but still delicious!

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 are a hit! These cookies are HUGE about 4 in round!! Fluffy, soft but still gooey 🤤

Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting seems to be a weekend staple now! I ran out of powdered sugar but luckily I could just make my own! Took a bit longer in the food processor because I use Turbinado Sugar but I got a whole jar! Now to dry can it to keep it fresh 🙂
