Fletcher Village Bakery Fletcher Village Bakery is an artisan bakeshop brought to you by the owners of Flat Rock Village Bakery and West First Wood-Fired Pizza in Hendersonville.

We have a history of brick-oven baking at our first two locations and you may be familiar with our wood-fired pizzas and brick-oven bread. At Fletcher Village Bakery we will work our magic in standard ovens. We offer handmade, artisan baked goods prepared daily from scratch using the best ingredients available. Our bakers use only organic flour, sugar and eggs to make our breads, cakes and pastrie

s. Fletcher Village Bakery is committed to quality and sustainable food. Most of our other bakery ingredients are organic, and we source our fruit and produce locally whenever possible. We are members of Carolina Ground, a cooperative of WNC bakeries bringing organic wheat production to North Carolina, and milling it at our mill in Asheville. Our coffees are all fair-trade and organic, roasted by Little River Roasting in South Carolina. Upon request, we offer organic milk, almond milk and soy milk with any coffee drink. Sandwiches are prepared with all natural meats on our house breads. Our soups are always healthy and made from scratch daily using our homemade vegetable stock and fresh ingredients. You can eat at Fletcher Village Bakery guilt free knowing that we have crafted your food with the highest level of care using only excellent ingredients.

Once again we are baking King Cakes for Fat Tuesday. Get your orders in by 5:00pm tomorrow and pick up one of our amazing King Cakes (baby included) on Tuesday February 21 at either location (Fletcher or Flat Rock). Hope to see you walking out with a King Cake on Tuesday!

The bakery will be opening a little later than normal today. You can come by from 9-3 for one of our fresh baked bagels, a cup of counter culter coffee, or one of our other sweet treats! Thank you for understanding!

As of today we will be closing at 3:00 pm everyday until further notice. We are a bit short staffed and can’t quite make our normal schedule work right now. Hopefully this will be temporary as we continue to search for good people to join our team. Thanks for your understanding and support!
