My son is in an edible cookie dough kick.

Poor kid has become lactose intolerant, so I’m making some yummy treats dairy free now.

It’s time to shut the doors to Nothing’s Batter Bakery. This was my Covid hobby and I am so grateful to have had it for 5 years. This decision came after lots of consideration but the kid’s are getting older and busier.

I’ll still be using the page to show all the goodies I am still baking. We have a few dietary changes around the house the last few months so I can’t wait to share the recipes and sweet treats we’re still enjoying.

I am so beyond thankful for all the support and everyone trusting me in providing desserts for their special moments.

Last but not least pokeball macarons! The requested flavors were chocolate, cinnamon bun, and cookies and cream. All filled with dairy free buttercream 🙌🏻

Up next.. Poke ball cake! Plant based butter to make the buttercream and Oreos for the filling made this a yummy dairy free cake!

Meant to make a small cake this year, got in the groove and ended up with a big one 🤷🏼‍♀️

Look now, the sky is gold

Fun fact.. luster dust is my enemy! No matter what I do, it gets everywhere. I picked my daughter up from preschool (talked to many people) and later at home noticed gold all of my lips/face. Oy!
