Hey guys, it's been a long time..

Unfortunately, Fruitful Fudge Mobile Bakery will not be out this year (until further notice).

I was in a hit & run accident in January and recovery time is unknown. I will update you, should anything change, but we have no timeline for a return to service.

Happy Sunday everyone!

FatBoi's Eden, our beautiful truck, is almost completely repaired and ready to roll! 🎉 It's been several months of repair shops, opinions, and excitement to get back out there.

My birthday is next week and I need to make myself a Cookie cake, but I'm not sure what combination I want.

I'm thinking White Chocolate German Chocolate and Dutch Apple with a Caramel drizzle. What say you?

Even if you have no suggestion, a simple "hey girl" will suffice..'cause I miss you all!

What's a Watermelon Jam without fresh watermelon?

If you zoom in you can see many black seeds. Seedless watermelons are not my thing! Give me a juicy, ripe, sweet melon with seeds blacker than me. Please & thank you! 🍉

Imagine being so anxious to get your truck to the shop that you forget to put the clean dishes away. Two weeks later you have to rewash what was previously cleaned. 🤦🏽‍♀️

There's a reason why we should be anxious for nothing..Now a simple surface cleaning has turned into an extensive everything cleaning.

Don't be like me. Do it right the first time so you don't have to do it again!

I'm sooooo happy to have my baby back! FatBoi's Eden (our food truck) has been in the shop for two long weeks.

Did she get fixed? Nope! But we've got events lined up so we'll have to delay until we can spare time (or the shops aren't so backed up).

Either way, my girl was looking a little dusty so we had to go by the car wash to spruce her up. We can't have folk walking up to a truck that looks unloved, right?

She's all clean & ready for the second edition of Food & Tunes at Willow Metropark Saturday! The Country Edition was really cool last month. This time we're expecting Alternative Rock. This should be fun..

Two vi$it$ to our friends at Taylor Freezer, and nearly a thousand dollars later, and we're getting this ice cream machine together!

We thoroughly clean daily, but these heavy, mechanical issues are mostly taken care of weekly (or as needed).

As you can see, maintaining our equipment isn't cheap, but it is necessary for efficiency. This is the reality of running of small business.

It seems like everyone is into Country Music now. Which is why you're in for a treat! Willow Metropark is putting on another concert in their free concert series, Food & Tunes.

Take a dip in the pool then walk right over to dance the night away in front of the stage, or relax on the hill with a blanket or lawn chair while enjoying the music with your family.

Fruitful Fudge will be there with the cool, refreshing Cookie Sundaes & floats + our delicious baked goods. We'll also have water to help you stay hydrated. There will also be another food truck on site.

The concert begins at 6, but come early to get your spot & the fuel to dance the night away.

Guess who had the allergic reaction? ME!

Smoke from the Canada wildfires or pollutants have had me down. I cannot stop sneezing, my eyes are itchy, and my chest hurts.

Needless to say, I cannot safely (or hygienically) operate today.

Please pray with me that the chest pain subsides. If it gets worse, I'll be in someone's emergency room.

This is the look of a girl who's tired & didn't want to setup today.

After hours of phone calls with doctors, specialty pharmacies, and drug manufacturers, I was completely worn out.

But I dragged myself out the door to setup, and one encounter made the day sweeter.

A dad & his son came by to get ice cream, but the boy has egg & nut allergies. As someone with scary food allergies, I know what it's like to try to eat something and find out that an ingredient could kill me.

I checked the data sheet that comes with the ice cream then double-checked by contacting the manufacturer. All was well. I was able to provide something cold & sweet for a young boy who cannot always enjoy the luxury of a simple ice cream.

I'm still here, waiting for you. Come see me.
