OOLONG WHITE CHOCOLATE CRUFFIN! ✨

Come try our May Cruffin! Our house-made croissant dough is rolled, baked in a muffin tin, and coated in white sugar for the perfect crisp finish. We roast oolong tea leaves on the stove before steeping them overnight in heavy cream, then blend the infused cream with tempered Callebaut Belgian white chocolate for a perfectly balanced flavor of creamy milk and delicate vanilla notes. Finally, it’s whipped to fluffy perfection and piped into each cruffin.
