🥖🥩 Alright, one more time for the people in the back… 🥩🥖

No, it’s not officially on the menu yet.

Yes, it’ll probably end up on the menu when we redo the menu for the 19th time. 😂

But until then, here’s a look at our real Jersey-style Steak Sandwich.

We’re talking real shaved ribeye, grilled onions, peppers, and your choice of Cooper Sharp White Cheddar melted over the top.

Or…

Do what I do.

Tell the chef to absolutely bury that thing in our smoked Gouda cheese sauce. Not a little drizzle. Not a fancy chef squiggle. I want it looking like it got caught in a cheese avalanche.

The ribeye, the peppers, the onions, the cheese… it all comes together perfectly on our semolina bread.

I’m not saying I eat one every week…

I’m just saying if there’s one missing from inventory, don’t ask questions. 🤷‍♂️
