It’s that time of the year! Get on my Christmas schedule now; I have a few slots available, more pickup (in Fishers) than delivery but I can accommodate some delivery orders.❤️🤶🏻❤️
Here we go: I’ve got pumpkin cheesecake on a ginger snap crust (or graham), *flourless chocolate cake* (I’ve been perfecting it!) layered with creamy cheesecake, plain or chocolate. Also Bavarian dark chocolate truffle, carrot cake layered with creamy cheesecake, sweet and sour Cherry on Oreo crust, white chocolate raspberry (WCR) always with 48 hours notice.
And as usual, anything that you can conjure up, I can make into a cheesecake. Trying peanut butter cookie stuffed chocolate cheesecake tonight…the pic is of some Caramel Turtle cheesecake cupcakes I made for a party recently, the have nuts and caramel and chocolate in the middle and a Turtle on top.

The kitchen has been busy with orders for Some Guys (www.someguyspizza.com)- it’s been Mint Chocolate slices recently for St. Patrick’s Day and I’m getting ready to deliver a couple springy creations...an old favorite and a new take on a custom recipe I used last year for a very pretty layered wedding cake. 🍋🫐🍒🍫🦋💐🌷🌸🌺

The kitchen has been busy lately! Crystal’s Custom Cheesecake is now available by the slice at Some Guys Pizza Pasta Grill (SomeGuyspizza.com). Stop in at both locations (Allisonville and Carmel) for some amazing ravioli and pizza, and take home a slice of my cheesecake! Open for carryout and delivery only- opens today at 4pm and my Red Velvet Cheesecake is on the menu. Check in for updates about what is being offered, it will change often and next up is a good one too!
Presenting my Red Velvet Cheesecake; 2 layers of cheesecake with a thick layer of Red Velvet cake in the middle, with cream cheese frosting and white chocolate curls. Take home a great Italian meal and a slice of my cheesecake!

This has been in my head for a while, and now it’s created! Layers of chocolate (or vanilla, or red velvet, or carrot) cake with cheesecake layers and cream cheese frosting in between and on top...and dark chocolate (or milk, or white...) curls.
Perfect for a small wedding cake or Christmas party.

A beautiful Red Velvet Swirl with white chocolate shavings on cream cheese frosting and a Caramel Milky Way with mini chocolate chips and Milky Way bits on caramel cream cheese frosting getting ready to go out the door for Laurie Krieg (one of my favorite customers! 😊). I catered her daughter’s wedding in September, and unfortunately the bride and groom only got my wedding cake- no cheesecake! Recreated the Red Velvet with a brand new look and a deluxe Milky Way with caramel cream cheese frosting. Text or call 317-282-9999 for holiday orders.
