🍑 This may be my new summer favorite. That crusty, grilled sourdough was perfect for soaking up all of the extra balsamic dressing!

The star of the show was definitely the roasted sweet potatoes with goat cheese 🤩

Want to make em? Recipe below 👇

🍴 Slice your sweet potatoes a quarter inch thick.
👩‍🍳 drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
⏰ roast at 400 for 15-20 mins
🧀 remove from oven and add your goat cheese, pressing it into your sweet potatoes with the back of a fork.

🌽 We have something exciting to share!!

We have some new friends - who will be offering our bread at their CSA pickups every Tuesday for the entire season!

What's a CSA?!
Every week for 22 weeks, (May 26th - October 20th) members of our CSA receive a share of beautiful locally grown veggies from our farm! Our CSA pick-ups are weekly on Tuesdays, 4pm - 6:30pm at 3796 63rd St, in Gunbarrel. The pickup is market style, so you'll bring your own bag and fill it up yourself.

🌿 The time of year when more and more local food starts creeping into my life, my home, my belly. I love cooking food grown by people in my community.

✨ I think my favorite part of this business is getting to know some of our local farmers, ranchers and business owners - it truly feels like a community.
