Over here, I'm still learning and practicing. This week I had the opportunity for a really special beach experience and I decided to use leftover icing to practice new cookie shapes as a way to say "thank you". I have a lot to still learn but I can definitely see what I would do differently next time. Luckily, the kids gobbled them up! 😊 ❤️

Baked 8 dozen cookies last night. Ran out of icing so mixing some up right now. Why is baking always better late at night Tracy Bene ? Did we ever figure that out?

I made a special cookie as a little bonus surprise for the mama-to-be. I'm excited to make these again some time!
