You're not just following a baker, you're following a mom trying to take care of herself and her kids the best I can. Part of that is my fitness journey I started this year (All while )
Being able to travel across state lines and still have a gym to go to that has the same equipment helps me stay on track too.
We are closed this week since we are in Philly getting my son the medical care and support he needs because sadly even John's Hopkins was not helpful. All fingers and toes crossed that this appointment goes well this week 🤞🏼 in the mean time I'm working off all my medical advocacy frustration at the gym, keeping to those fitness goals 💪🏼

Thank you so much to our local customers that did locker pick ups today, and to all the customers that SOLD US OUT at the Downtown Sykesville Farmers Market today 💛 y'all rock so much! It's hard to come home from vacation and immediately go into bake mode but man y'all made it so worth it.

Just a reminder too that we are closed most of this week as I am travelling with the kiddos to get my son the medical care he needs.

We will be back at Fells Point Farmers Market this Saturday 9/05 and Reisterstown Farmers Market Sunday 9/06 though! We will see y'all then!

Alright y'all, Matt will definitely be the one at market this morning 😂 I am just now wrapping up the baking at 4am 🤣 But exciting news before I dip off to bed - I had some fun today and made some Blueberry Lemon Bagels for market 💙😍💛 These are made with blueberry powder, lemon powder and taste delicious topped with yogurt....I may have taste tested one just for quality assurance 😉 come see us 9am-1pm at Mac Square at Downtown Sykesville Farmers Market today 🙌🏼

Alright y'all we have a few surprises coming tomorrow to the Downtown Sykesville Farmers Market! And this is one of them! Introducing our new Cheddar Everything Loaf, packed full of cheddar and everything seasoning so every slice gives you ALL the goodness 💛 we've got only a couple of these coming tomorrow so message us by 6am Sunday to set one aside or get there when we open at 9am! More surprises getting announced tonight as I bake through the evening into the morning 😉 so stay tuned!

Guys, I get the hype now 😂😍🤤 We tried Happy Jack Pancake House for the first time today and omg 😭😍 I got the Loaded potato omelette (egg white sub), blueberry pancakes and a Strawberry Matcha Late. We had a 30 minute wait to sit down but it was SO SO worth it. Definitely one of my top fav breakfast stops 🙌🏼🥞 now I need to hit the gym and burn off these calories 🤣 don't get me wrong! Worth every single bite!!

Good things take time 💛🕒 it took me years to get to this point in my bagel game, and man am I glad I stuck it through 😍🥯 Bagels are very labor intensive for me and one of the hardest bakes for me in regards to my disabilities. However, they're simply delicious 🤣 so it makes it worth it! Honey boiled, sourdough bagel goodness is worth the wait 🤤 I'm coming at ya Sykesville Farmers Market, this Sunday 8/30 probably predominantly with bagels since I'll be baking right after vacation. But we will see what I manage, updates about menu on Saturday 💛

Even my itty bitty French press is getting to travel with us 🖤 hubby drinks Zekes coffee, but my body can only handle half caf Good Time Health Earth Coffee (mushroom coffee goodness). I swear it helps not only my anxiety but my nervous system issues as well. But this little French press holds just enough for me in the morning and I simply adore it. I usually save it for low caf days at home or for times like these - when we are travelling. What's your favorite coffee?
