Carol’s Bakery and Produce Stand Carol Comai was my grandma. I learned so much from her, especially in the kitchen, so it just seemed fitting to name this endeavor in her memory.

The Wired Whisk & Co.
Her new Focaccia Bread is AMAZING.

Friends, the reason we have her at our stand is so that I dont have to drive anywhere to get this amazing bread anymore🤣
If you haven’t had a chance to try it, you are missing out on some fantastic artisan bread creation.
Stop in if you need some seriously special sourdough

-Todays two batches of caramel
-Same exact ingredients and amounts
-slightly different cooking techniques
= 2 completely different styles of caramel

If you can master a batch of caramel more than once and not become a Burn victim or an alcoholic, you’ve earned my highest respect in the kitchen.

Picture of Finished apples is from last year….. this years will be even better, once I get my caramel groove back over these next few days. Thanks to those who have stopped and purchased some “test batch” goodies that needed a home❤️
