Once upon a time, I learned to bake but mostly using box mixture. And then my sweet hubby bought me my first KitchenAid mixer and all hell broke loose...in a good way!! I began to bake lots and lots of cupcakes, trying out different recipes and decorating techniques. In Dec 2011, I baked my first snowflake gingerbread cookies, entered a creative cookie contest, won a consolation prize and the rest is history!!
