Thanks to all my foodies friends, were doing very well at Farmers Market. I’m thrilled and excited to make more and more unique and locally sourced baked goodness.

The GoFundMe campaign is rolling along nicely, thanks to all of you contributors! We still have a long way to go but will be in Garberville for opening the summer season at Southern Humboldt Farmers Market. We are going strong in Garberville, Friday’s 11 to 3. Lots of variety with local ingredients and more. Fruit pies, chocolate fantasies, whole grain goodness from humboldt whole grains, savory as well as lite sweet. The grandsons have stepped up to the plate as more than helpers but with creative talent and willing attitude, I’m so proud to have Logan and Ijal on my side as are our market supporters!

Grandson as intern, with rhubarb/cherry cobbler, breakfast oat cookies, buttermilk polenta muffins, apple butter cake! Watch out Garberville here we come!
