Just a reminder I am fully booked for the coming week and weekend and will not be able to take on any more orders. It’s very hard for me to say no because I want to be able to make everything for everyone! (If we have been in contact about an order for this week but it hasn’t been finalized this does not apply to you, this is for new inquiries only)

I highly recommend ordering as early as possible (2+ weeks is my current advice) when you know an event is coming up. Adjustments can be made after the order is placed if guest count changes, etc. Some weeks I can take last minute orders, some I cannot so best not to chance it.

If you noticed my absence from the bakery today it’s because I had the very important job of bringing the cupcakes for my lovely friend Melissa’s baby shower 💕
Melissa and I met in high school in Naples, then we hung out when we both lived in Orlando, then she moved to California and I moved to New Hampshire but somehow we both ended up in north Florida and reconnected! So excited for her to welcome her baby girl - who still needs a name if you want to leave suggestions I’ll pass them along!

Y’all I forgot we are open tomorrow and didn’t put cinnamon rolls on Avery’s baking list this morning but luckily I came to my senses before it was too late! Open 8:30-2 tomorrow with:

I get asked often if I offer:
Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free, sugar free, vegan or some combination of them and the answer is simply no, I do not. While occasionally I will make something that falls into one of these categories I won’t advertise it that way.

The most important reason why I cannot accommodate these requests is because the risk of cross contamination is too high. I know allergies are a spectrum and while some people can have products made in the same kitchen as say peanuts, some people absolutely cannot and I am not equipped to advise someone if a product is safe for them to consume or not. I never want to make someone sick and there is just no way in my opinion to guarantee that something is 100% safe when the allergen is present and in use in my facility.

Secondly I quite honestly don’t know how to bake without eggs, dairy, butter and sugar and produce a product worth eating.

I totally understand this is disappointing to some but there are many bakers who are able to accommodate these requests and who can give the peace of mind that your cake was made safely.
