Sweet Brie’s Cakery of Fernandina Beach Hi! I am Ga-"Brie"-elle. My nickname is Brie, because I like Brie cheese, a lot! I am now offering made from scratch home baked cakes and meringues.

During Covid, my Mom kept me home and we developed a school curriculum around something I love: Baking! Hi I am Gabrielle, but my nickname is Brie. I got this nick name due to my love of Brie cheese. My mom is a high school science teacher and she and I developed my CV-19 homeschool curriculum based around projects. I created my own cottage business baking scratch cakes and meringues just like my

Grammie taught me. I use my money that I have saved to buy the ingredients, I source the ingredients and shop local as possible and even sometimes grow the ingredients in my own garden that my Grammie helps me tend while my mom is at school teaching. I have learned a lot of math this year and I have learned the importance of practical math when applied to something like calculating a cost analysis for my cakes. I truly love baking! Excited to find a USDA Certified bio-based product for our baking cups. We are now using 100% FSC & Compostable Certified unbleached TCF totally chlorine-free baking cup.

FSC Is Paper made from Forest certified to responsibly managed in compliance with a rigorous environmental and social standards of the Forest Stewardship Counsel.

These compostable baking cups are OK to compost in backyard, home, and in commercial composting facilities. They meet the standards of EN 13432.
