Happy sunny Sunday all!!
I made a batch of eclairs and wanted to ulltilize fresh strawberries so our friends at Blue Star Barns got strawberry cream filled eclairs today!!
Danish, muffins, croissants and cookie pies were restocked!
Tilley the farm cart will be stocked and ready for today!!

Oh and we started harvesting our oyster mushrooms yesterday so I sauteed them up and had them for supper with fried pork tenderloin,fresh steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes!! Super yummy!!
We have alot more mushrooms coming along!!

We will be open tomorrow and sat 10-2
This is the last Friday I'll be open until I hire someone else. Most of you know this crazy schedule is working for our family life and allows me to continue to love what I do!
We just cannot keep up with demand and are giving it our best!
I want to thank Mary my BFF and Sue another BFF that has been doing all they can do to keep up with pierogi and chores at the bakery!!
Thank you both from the bottom of my heart the bakery wouldn't be what it is without you girls!!
You can still get a lot of our products at Holland Farmers Market on wednesdays and South Haven Farm Market on Saturdays and our self serve farm cart on the corner of Lakeshore drive and 120th ave. I'm at the bakery 7 days a week baking and you can always order and I will meet you or leave in our foyer for you!!
Our friends at Blue Star Barns and Woosah in Douglas at Outside Coffee Co are getting deliveries daily so you are sure to get the freshest pastries!!

Thank you to Mycophilles Mushrooms we are trying our hand at growing oyster mushrooms! Can't wait to pick the first batch and make something with them!!

Happy Friday!!
We are getting everything ready for South Haven Farm Market tomorrow!!
The bakery will not be open but you can order something for pick up I'll be there just call 269-543-2575
We took alot of baked goods and breakfast sandwiches to our friends at Blue Star Barns in saugatuck.

Zucchini, banana, and lemon loaves
Cheddar herb soda bread
Danish, muffins, cookies

I am bringing our strawberry cucumber infused lemonade to market South Haven Farm Market Saturday!!
Pic is of fresh juices cucumbers just strained them and will add them to pureed strawberries!!

We are at Holland Farmers Market today until 2!! It's gorgeous out!!
Sat we will be at South Haven Farm Market 8-2 with lots of our rustic artisan breads, pastries, cookies, Danish and of course PIEROGI!!

Strawberry rhubarb galettes
Muffins, cookies, our famous coconut macaroons, coffee cakes, danish, croissants and lots more
Mary has been busy making some savory options this week with spinach dip, garlic cheese roasted tomato and spinach pasta dish.
Also pistachio bread, zucchini bread
