Ok. I’m done trying. Lol. Somehow, I can’t get the ice on top of the water to look right. I feel like the depth is off. It’s very hard to imaging something and get it to look real. If anyone is swimming around under the ice someday with an underwater camera, can you take a picture of someone ice fishing from under the water! lol

Welcome new member David Anderson Tree Harvesting of F***h, Michigan! David Anderson has been involved with the Timbermen's Association for many years, working alongside his dad, Mark Anderson of MVA Enterprises, Inc.

Back in 2013, Dave purchased his own harvester and launched his own business, continuing to work out of the F***h area, but focusing in on private timber sales and developing good relationships with area landowners in the western and central UP.

He recently formalized his company's involvement in the Timbermen by officially joining as a member! Pictured alongside David Anderson is his wife Nikki with their three children.

Thank you for your long-standing commitment to the Timbermen, Dave and Nikki! We're excited to work closely with David Anderson Tree Harvesting going forward.

We had a great time at The Safari Club Banquet! MVA donated a gun for a Veterans only Free Raffle. Mark, Markus, Jack and Paxton Anderson, presented the gun to this year’s winner. It was a great night!

Two of the five remaining wood-fired biomass energy plants in the Lower Peninsula may close in the coming months, raising questions about the energy source’s future as it attempts to compete with cheaper wind, solar and natural gas.

I signed up to be in the North Dickinson Holiday Bazaar! I should have 30-40 pieces for sale. The bazaar is November 25th from 10-3 pm. My granddaughter, Aspen, will be right next to me selling her Christmas decorations! I know there are two huge craft shows the same day, but I hope you can stop by the school to support the students. They put this sale together every year, and it’s amazing. The kids help the venders carry in the items they have for sale and they are working throughout the day, they also have a huge table filled with raffle items donated by the people in the sale. You can also eat lunch there! It’s a great Bazaar!
OH…. And you don’t have to be a NORDIC to attend! If you have and art, craft or baked goods you’d like to sell, it’s not too late! New vendors are also appreciated!!
