As some of you may know I’ve recently decided not to take any more cake orders. The way things are going in the world right now we all should be taking better care of our mental health however possible. For me that’s allowing myself more time for rest and family. I’ve been juggling two businesses by myself for the past couple of years as well as being a full time stay at home mom. So I’ve come to the difficult decision to focus on one business and had to go with the better hours and less mess... seriously making cakes is so messy.

As you can see I will still be making a cake here and there, for family, with the help of my lovely assistant Ivy. She’s laser focused and a bit of a perfectionist like her momma. And I will happily share some of our creations on this page.

I’m adding new inventory all of the time and also offer free local pickup if you ever see something that you love.

Recently I’ve received some rude messages from a person who was unhappy with my pricing and another person who wasn’t happy that I’m fully booked through May (a blessing!)

This is a crazy time, but now more than ever it’s a time that we really need to be understanding and compassionate. I will not work with people who are disrespectful and won’t hesitate to block them from this page.

As always I appreciate everyone’s business, I’m so lucky to get to do what I love. Please remember to BE KIND and stay safe and healthy!

Dear Friends!

It has come to my attention that many events will be postponed due to concerns about spreading the caronavirus. If you have booked a cake with me and plan to postpone your party it is important that you please reach out ASAP to reschedule your event date. Keep in mind that I am a small business, run only by me, which is why dates fill up fast. I will do everything in my power to work with you on rescheduling your cake or will put your deposit toward a future event. The retainer you place to hold your date is used to purchase supplies and materials for your special cake and therefore it is non refundable as stated in my terms and conditions.

As all of our schools and chain stores have been taking extra precautions to sanitize their spaces, I too will be spending more time sanitizing my home with emphasis on my work areas for my family’s safety and yours. I have never cancelled a cake order but will not hesitate to do so in the event that myself or my family shows any symptoms of illness because your safety is important to me.

Thank you all for including me in your special events! Your patronage means the world to me.

The coolest thing about my job is getting to be part of people’s special occasions. Like this gender reveal cake, I got to be in on the secret! Congrats to the mom and dad to be and to everyone else along the way who chose me to help them celebrate life’s raddest moments! Much love xoxo
