Our ham & Gouda croissants are made with the same hand-laminated dough we use for all our pastries, layered with rich butter, folded with care, and baked until perfectly golden and flaky.

Meet our strawberry white chocolate viennois 😌🍓✨

A viennois is a French-style enriched dough that lives right between bread and pastry, softer and slightly sweet like brioche, but with a light, tender crumb that makes it feel almost like croissant dough’s softer cousin. Rich, delicate, and incredibly versatile.
