Mother + daughter, flour on our aprons, a million ideas in our heads, and more years of memories in this little bakery than we could ever count.

Nellie B’s has always been more than what comes out of the oven — it’s family, tradition, creativity, hard work, and getting to do life side by side.

We’re switching things up this week — OPEN WEDNESDAY (tomorrow) in exchange for Saturday!

We’ve got family coming in from the West Coast for a very short visit, and making time for the people we love is just too important. 🤎

So we’re squeezing all the Saturday goodness into FRIDAY — including Saturday Breakfast! 🥐☕️🍳
